Description
St Catwg's Church has early origins. It is recorded that the roof collapsed in 1866, but the building was restored in 1867-8. Built of rubble with ashlar dressings, stone slate roof with shallow coping and terracotta ridge tiles. The church has a 2-storey tower, embattled parapet with string course and small gargoyles. The interior has a tiled baptismal pool, doors to nave pews and a plain octagonal font.
